Understanding How The Elohim is one
It All Begins Here
The foundation of biblical faith is found in Deuteronomy 6:4:
"Hear, O Israel: Adonai our Yahawah is one Adonai."
Many read this verse and conclude that the Father alone exists, or that the Son has no distinct role. However, the Scriptures reveal a more complete picture. The word "one" points to unity, agreement, and perfect order. It describes a divine government functioning in complete harmony under the authority of the Father.
Just as a nation can be one people, a family can be one household, and a congregation can be one body while consisting of many members, the heavenly order operates as one under the Father's supreme authority.
The Father: Supreme Authority
The Father is the source of all authority and power.
1 Corinthians 11:3
"But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Ha Mashiach; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Ha Mashiach is Yahawah."
This verse reveals hierarchy and order. Yahawah is the head of Ha Mashiach, showing distinction in authority while maintaining unity in purpose.
John 17:3
"And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true Yahawah, and Yahawashi Ha Mashiach, whom thou hast sent."
The Father is identified as the only true Yahawah, while Yahawashi is the One sent by Him.
1 Corinthians 15:27-28
"And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that Yahawah may be all in all."
Even after all things are accomplished, the Son remains in submission to the Father, demonstrating divine order.
Yahawashi Ha Mashiach: The Son and Appointed King
Recognizing that Yahawah is one does not diminish the importance of Yahawashi. Instead, it establishes His rightful position as the Father's chosen Ha Mashiach, King, and mediator.
John 5:22-23
"For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father."
The Father entrusted judgment to the Son and commands mankind to honor Him.
Matthew 28:18
"And Yahawashi came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth."
The Son possesses authority because it was given to Him by the Father.
Acts 2:36
"Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that Yahawah hath made that same Yahawashi, whom ye have crucified, both Adonai and Ha Mashiach."
The Father established Yahawashi as Adonai and Ha Mashiach.
John 14:6
"I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
Access to the Father comes through the Son. Therefore, acknowledging the oneness of Yahawah does not remove the necessity of Yahawashi.
The Holy Spirit: The Power and Operation of Yahawah
The Scriptures often describe the Holy Spirit as the power, presence, and operation of Yahawah.
Luke 1:35
"The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee."
The Holy Spirit is directly associated with the power of the Most High.
Acts 1:8
"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you."
Again, the Holy Spirit is linked with divine power.
Psalm 104:30
"Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created."
Yahawah sends forth His Spirit to accomplish His will.
Angels as Ministers of Yahawah's Spirit
The Scriptures also show that Yahawah's Spirit operates through heavenly messengers who carry out His commands.
Hebrews 1:7
"Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire."
Angels are described as spirits and ministers.
Psalm 103:20
"Bless Adonai, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word."
Angels execute the commands of Yahawah.
Hebrews 1:14
"Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?"
The angels serve as ministering spirits for the people of Yahawah.
Luke 1:19
"I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of Yahawah; and am sent to speak unto thee."
Gabriel demonstrates the role of heavenly messengers carrying Yahawah's word and instructions.
The Pattern of Oneness Throughout Scripture
The Bible repeatedly uses "one" to describe unity within an ordered structure.
Genesis 2:24
"And they shall be one flesh."
A husband and wife remain two individuals, yet they are called one.
John 17:21-22
"That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee."
Yahawashi prayed that His disciples would be one in the same manner that He and the Father are one—united in purpose and obedience.
1 Corinthians 12:12
"For as the body is one, and hath many members."
One body consists of many members functioning together under one head.
The Heavenly Order
The Scriptures reveal a divine hierarchy:
Yahawah — Supreme authority over all.
Yahawashi Ha Mashiach — The appointed King, Judge, and Mediator.
The Holy Spirit — The power and operation of Yahawah throughout creation.
The Angels — Ministering spirits carrying out Yahawah's commands.
The Saints — Called to become one body under Yahawashi.
Ephesians 4:4-6
"One body, and one Spirit... One Adonai, one faith, one baptism, One Yahawah and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all."
This demonstrates unity under divine order rather than confusion or division.
Conclusion
When Deuteronomy declares:
"Adonai our Yahawah is one Adonai,"
it does not remove the significance of Yahawashi. Rather, it establishes the perfect unity of the heavenly kingdom.
The Father remains supreme, Yahawashi reigns as the appointed Ha Mashiach and mediator, and the Holy Spirit carries out the will of Yahawah throughout creation. Together, they operate in complete agreement and order, revealing the wisdom and government of the Most High.
The biblical message is not confusion, but harmony:
One Yahawah, one purpose, one kingdom, and one path to salvation through the Messiah whom the Father has sent.
